Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. However, during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 3-5 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be specified on the product page.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our website or directly on the carrier’s website.

  1. International Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, and taxes levied by their country’s customs authorities. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery. The Kosher Shop is not responsible for any delays due to customs processing.

If a package is refused or undeliverable, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs and a restocking fee of up to 15% of the order value.
