These Conditions of Use govern your use of the Site and the services we offer. By using the Site, you agree to these conditions. Please read them carefully.

4. Trademarks
The Kosher Shop graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names are trademarks or trade dress of The Kosher Shop. The Kosher Shop’s trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not The Kosher Shop’s, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits The Kosher Shop.
5. License and Site Access
We grant you a limited license to access and make personal use of the Site. This license does not include:
a) Any resale or commercial use of the Site or its contents
b) Any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices
c) Any derivative use of the Site or its contents
d) Any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant
e) Any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools
The Site or any portion of the Site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express written consent. You may not frame or use framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of The Kosher Shop without express written consent. You may not use any meta tags or any other “hidden text” utilizing The Kosher Shop’s name or trademarks without our express written consent.
6. Your Account
If you use this Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. The Kosher Shop reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.
If you are under 18, you may use The Kosher Shop only with involvement of a parent or guardian. The Kosher Shop does not sell products for purchase by children. We sell children’s products for purchase by adults. If you are under 18, you may use The Kosher Shop only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
7. Reviews, Comments, Communications, and Other Content
Visitors may post reviews, comments, and other content; send communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, as long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable, and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of “spam.”
You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of any content. The Kosher Shop reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content, but does not regularly review posted content.
If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant The Kosher Shop a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You grant The Kosher Shop and sublicensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify The Kosher Shop for all claims resulting from content you supply.
8. Product Descriptions
We attempt to be as accurate as possible in describing our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by The Kosher Shop itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
Regarding kosher products, while we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of kosher certifications and descriptions, we rely on information provided by sellers and manufacturers. Customers are encouraged to verify kosher status independently if they have specific dietary requirements.
9. Pricing and Availability
Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our Site represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice.
We cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
We generally ship products within the time frame indicated on the product detail page. We will send you an email to confirm the actual delivery date. If we anticipate a significant delay in the delivery of your order, we will contact you via email to advise you of the delay and your options.
10. Disputes and Governing Law
Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of the Site or to any products or services sold or distributed by The Kosher Shop or through the Site will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court. The arbitration will be conducted in the Czech Republic, but you may participate by phone or video conference.
By using the Site, you agree that the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and The Kosher Shop. Any action or proceeding seeking to enforce any provision of, or based on any right arising out of, these Conditions of Use may be brought against either party in the courts of the Czech Republic, and each of the parties consents to the jurisdiction of such courts (and of the appropriate appellate courts) in any such action or proceeding and waives any objection to venue laid therein.
11. Site Policies, Modification, and Severability
Please review our other policies posted on this Site. These policies also govern your use of the Site. We reserve the right to make changes to our Site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
12. International Use
The Kosher Shop is based in the Czech Republic but serves customers worldwide. We make no representations that the Site or any of its content is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Czech Republic. Those who choose to access the Site from locations outside the Czech Republic do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
