Before every shipment you upload one photo of the parcel, packed and sealed, with the label on. Your dashboard will not let you add the shipment or mark the order as completed until the photo is there. Each new shipment needs its own new photo.
Why we ask for it
- It protects you. If a customer says the parcel arrived damaged or badly packed, the photo shows how it left you.
- It builds trust. The customer sees the photo on their order page. It shows that a real person packed their order with care.
- It keeps the standard high across every shop on The Kosher Shop.
How to take a good photo
- Put the sealed parcel on a clean, plain surface in good light.
- Show the whole parcel with the label facing the camera. The label must be readable.
- One photo is enough. If the order has several boxes, photograph them together, or upload one photo per box.
- No filters and no edits.
How to upload it
- Open the order in your dashboard (Orders, then the order number).
- In the box Packing photo (required before shipping), tap Upload packing photo. On a phone this opens the camera.
- When you see “Photo uploaded”, add the shipment and the tracking number as usual.
Orders that the customer collects in person do not need a packing photo.
The packing photo is part of the Seller Agreement (clause 8.2A on our English sites, clause 6.3א on thekoshershop.co.il).
