Withdraw from contract here

You can use this page to tell us that you are withdrawing from (cancelling) a purchase you made on this site. Fill in the details below and press “Confirm withdrawal”. We will send you an acknowledgement by email straight away, showing what you sent us and when we received it, and we will pass your notice to the seller.

You can withdraw within 14 days of the day you received the products, without giving a reason. Some products, such as fresh food or personalised items, cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty or wrong items are always covered. Full details are in our Returns and cancellations page and in our Terms of Use and Sale.

After you withdraw, the seller will tell you where to send the products. Please send them back within 14 days.
