Welcome to the Seller Academy. These guides show you how to pack and ship every order so it arrives safe, intact and looking cared for. A good parcel is the first thing your customer sees from your shop, and it is the main reason customers come back.

The three rules we never bend

1. Pack to our packing standard. It is short and practical: read it here.
2. Photograph every parcel before it leaves. Your dashboard will not let you add a shipment until the photo is uploaded. How to take a good packing photo.
3. Ship with tracking and add the tracking number to the order in your dashboard.
